• Adding product to SHAKL shop with description in both Arabic & English languages
• Taking responsibility to run SHAKL social media
• Take part in designing and operating of blog page.
• Help in Designing Booklet, Packaging, events posts, social media posts.
Using a help desk system to open tickets for the problems in Oracle, and follow them with the IT team and users to change the status.
- Solve the problems in the system such as: adding job titles, messages that appear to users and many others.
- Building and Extract reports and letters from the system.
- Attending meetings to analyze systems and solving problems.
- Coordination with administrator’s advisers and IT team in checks in case of new solutions which applied in the system.
- Design and print business cards for the employees.
