POSITION: Safety Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Checking with the supervisor for morning schedule
• Prepare and arrange induction for the newly employed staffs/workers.
• Supervision of housekeeping team directly as need be in order to ensure prompt proper housekeeping.
• Proper daily inspection and monitoring of scaffoldings in order to ensure its safety usefulness.
• Holding H.S.E weekly meeting the H.S.E department of the main contractor.
• Possessing & distributing PPE materials to the labours & Staffs.
• Seeing into the welfares of the workers by given prompt medical attention in terms of first aid during illness, injury and make them available to the hospital if it beyond internal control.
• Advising management on how to maintain, improve and coordinate safety standard of the organisation.
• Following the company procedures to the latter by given zero tolerance to the violator and melting a house system punishment to any violator.
• Making sure safety precautions are followed including updating safety kits in case of any emergencies during the work.
