Assisting Customers on sales floor, Fitting room and at POS Point
Assisting Customers with professional skills of customer service on sales floor, to talk more so as to lead to a better transactions
Working to make sure the store achieve the given targets and planning schedules
Planning weekly schedules with the Manager for every Team Member
To make sure that on each schedule there are enough Team Member in each shift so as to meet the set target
To make sure In-store and Windows Visual Merchandising are well displayed and arranged as per the Company’s Policy (Visual Merchandising)
Ensuring price tags on all of the Displayed Stocks correctly on a daily basis and in time of promotions.
Welcoming and Assisting Customers with product knowledge explain details of Features and benefits of products to customers to lead to a transaction.
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
