Greeting and assisting customers on the sales floor, ensuring exemplary customer service
by delivering the ultimate service experience
Understand and communicate, brand philosophy and lifestyle to the customer
Replenish merchandise on the sales floor; ensure selling floor is stocked throughout the day
Execute operational tasks
Apply visual view of items, ensure that store standards are executed daily and working
closely with visual display staff and department heads to decide how well should be
displayed to maximize customer interest
Be knowledgeable of stock including quantity,  how many units are on hand, what is selling and what is not 
Ensuring store enacts and is fully compliant with all required administrative procedures according to company guidelines and within deadlines.
Ensures an effective communication of issues and ideas between store and operational management.
Extensive Stock Management System (Receiving, transfers, stock refills coordination, monitoring stock levels, stock inventory counting and spot checking, monitoring system updates)

Welcome and greet every customer in a warm and friendly manner and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
Identify customer needs through asking open question; cross selling, up selling; assist in fitting room; alteration: close the sale.
Receive cash or payment in any authorized modes from customers, issue receipts/ bills against their purchase and provide professional cash point service. Exchange and refund. Transfer in/out
Handle customer complains professionally and efficiently, in line with the company follow
by sales policy.
Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge, scheduling presentations for my team, fashion trends, in store promotions at all times
Maintain personal grooming standards as advised by the Store Manager.
Maintain clean and organized display, fitting rooms and stock areas.
Check stock levels daily and inform of depleting stock to the store manager
Comply with all company policies and procedures including inventory
Minimize exposure to stock loss through vigilance on sales floor and fitting room areas.
