Managing 50+ vendors and site coordination for 7 ongoing projects in Dubai and KSA
- Manpower planning and recruitment
- Evaluation of employees’ performance and training needs analysis
- Managing welfare, corporate relationship and team building
- Ensuring compliance relating to DMCC free Zones regulations and DMCC inspections are handled effectively
- Overseeing branding, design of stationery, website development
- Handling projects accounting, petty cash, payroll
- Coordinating with suppliers, customs for import of furniture from Europe
- Handling procurement of office supplies, office maintenance
Assistant HR Manager

- Recruitment of expatriate staff from Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, India, Pakistan, European countries
- Handling vendors and employees at 15 ongoing projects in Dubai
- Policies and procedures, labor law compliance management
- Training needs analysis and training scheduling
- General administration and office management
- Follow up with the commercial manager to submit necessary accounting reports to the ISO certifying agency
- Translating accounting reports for Russian speaking investors
- Handling all arrangements for expatriates and their families including accommodation, schooling and home arrangements
- Evaluating employee performance, training schedules
- Assisting in payroll preparations
- Insurance compensation management
- Completed several online courses from Shell online university, in HR, formal writing, time management
- Attended seminars and training - 4 days course in the ambulance hospital and wells for non-well engineers
- HR Team assistance, filing and general administration
