Supervising the sea and air shipment arrangement & issuance of transport documents.

Supervising the achievement of Sales orders of Export .department & International Branches.
Calculating the Cost of materials for the issuance of Price-lists.
Entering the Sales Orders to ERP system.
Supervising the Cash Flow of the Foreign Sales Department entirely.
Supervising the Inventory.
Pricing of the requested orders for the Foreign Sales Department entirely.
Coordinating the work between Head Admin & Foreign Sales Department.
Determining the Sales target and issuing the Sales reports.
Solving the problems of Foreign sales department.
Supervising the arrangements and participating at International Fairs ( Coverings ( USA), Big 5 ( UAE), Piedra ( Spain). Marmomac( Italy), Xiamen ( China), Kamien( Poland), Qatar Project, Libya Build, ExpoStone ( Russia), Full Frontal Tiles (Australia)
Arranging Sea and Air shipments of Exhibits and issuance of appropriate shipping documents .
Dealing with Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines and Air Lines.
Collecting and evaluating the Freight rates, outbound and inbound charges, based on required term of deliveries.

Handling purchase export orders from Allura Imports Inc., Tuff Cookies, etc. ( more than 350000 dozen per season):
follow up the style`s development process
from style inception, ensure fit specifications, construction details
through style adoption oversee the development and routing of accurate costing pockets and provide support for final product placement, including fit specifications, construction details, accessories.
Partner with vendors as necessary to know the cost
implication of any required changes placement.
Incorporate any and all changes from the design review
into adopted styles.
Managing the process of submission requested samples,
oversee the evaluation of costing samples.
Maintaining requested reports to Senior Buyer, concerning production status and delivery date.

Sea & air shipments arrangements:
air & sea space reservations
shipments consolidations
issue accompanied records (ship. declaration, pre -& ship. advises).
Handling shipping documents (Invoices, packing lists, MBL & AWB and etc and issuance inspection certificates )
Handling L/C.
Setting up and maintaining a comprehensive filling system:
write memos, letters and reports, using MS Word;
generating spreadsheets and database reports, using MS Excel.
Preparing and disseminating confidential correspondences internally and externally.
Resolving routine administrative problems and answering inquiries, concerning activities and operation .
