- The challenging market conditions kept the exclusive agreement with 2 projects and generated + 30% to the monthly team revenue for 3 consecutive months by creating and implementing a new business model “Rent to Own” - this allowed the clients to move into a property on a delayed sales agreement, without an initial 25% deposit.
