Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines. Watch clients do exercises and show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury and improve fitness. Give alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill. Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment.
Support the Recreation Manager in the effective supervision. Provide the highest standards of customer service and safety at all times in accordance with the policies, procedures and systems. Ensure staff are motivated and well supervised to deliver the required standards. Assist users with exercise enquiries, general trainings, compilation of personalized programs. Ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and tidy condition at all times. Monitor detailed quality, operating documents and reports.
Coordinate Corporate Team Building Activities and guests events. Responsible for fitness lessons: stretching, aqua-gym, aerobics and spots: beach
volleyball, water polo and swimming. Interaction with guests to ensure a pleasant active stay and information on hotel activities and events. Assist Entertainment Manager in making arrangements for shows and other performances.
Show a high level of skills and confidence to perform on public. To be patient and concentrate during rehearsals, be able to work with other performers, maintain of strength and flexibility, adopt new performance choreography.
