Lead a group of engineers and electrical technicians to carry out and perform Site Acceptance Test for 13.8kV and 4.16 kV MV Switchgears and 480 LV switchgears and MCC.
• Logic function test for protection relays for remote (DCS) operation.
• Perform DO/DI signal check from switchgear protection relay to ECMS and DCS
• Current Transformer analysis including winding resistance, insulation resistance, polarity and ratio, knee point/saturation and CT burden

• CT/VT primary and secondary injection for analogue, digital meter calibration and relays

Perform system preservation and maintenance activities during shutdown work for medium voltage switchgears and
transformers such as:
Conduct Site Acceptance Test for medium voltage switchboards, transformers and MCC includes mechanical
function test and interlocks, Bus Bar High Voltage Test and Insulation Resistance Test, CT/VT transformer test and
motor run test.(ABB, IMESA, Hyundai).
* Witness for relay setting protection test of ABB MV/LV switchgear ABB REF542plus for transformer

Conduct Inspection and potential test for cathodic protection of underground pipes and under tanks
Supervised installations of transformers, cable trays /bus ducts, AC/DC UPS, Battery Charger and
Batteries, MCC/Switchgear, Emergency Generator, capacitor banks, ECS (scada) and IRP panels
Preparation of work procedure and hazard analysis for modification works at existing substations.
Ensure that the subcontractor is following approved construction procedures and safety project regulations
* Conduct material receiving inspection
