• Duties include attending US Military servicemen arriving in Camp Buehring, in-process and assist them to their room locations, answering questions, complaints and inquiries through phone calls and walk-in.
• Plan, develop and coordinate with Housing Coordinators, Leads, Supervisors and NCOIC about incoming and outgoing units.
• Inspects all packets, prepare for incoming units, maintain records of the status of occupants in each billeting area and process their files in the Daily Work Report and input data in Assignments and Terminations Log sheet.
1. Anticipate market changes and review operations when necessary, conduct competitor analysis.
2. Conduct effective shift briefings ensuring all staff is aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials; emphasis on up selling certain products and target sales for every dining staff.
3. Prepares Monthly Profit and Loss report, Monthly Forecast, Promotional Calendar and Manage wage and food and beverage cost.
4. Ensure training needs analysis of departmental staff is carried out and training programs are designed and implemented to meet needs. Coach, counsel and discipline staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
