Commisioning, repair, site survey, analyze site problem on all telecom infrastracture.
Such as: RF radio/Two-Way radio, Tetra, DMR, CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL, MICROWAVE, FIBER OPTICS etc.

charge of RF Board/Module Level failure analysis for TWO-WAY radio products failed during in-house production, on customer side (RMA) and during manufacturing process.
•Performs an extensive variety of electronic technical tasks pertaining to production test, calibration, alignment, checkout, fabrication, modification, and assembly of a diversity of electronic and electromechanical components, assemblies, or systems.
•Ensures final product specification on systems and equipment through operational tests and fault isolation.
•Coordinate by giving analysis support on quality defects to the local technical operations group.
•Team with engineering and project management to effectively implement, optimize advanced equipment to meet or exceed customer expectations.
•Provides timely feedback on defects found from the analysis to the relevant team to jive quality indices work with engineering.
•Working knowledge of Mixed-signal measurement techniques such as Gain and Offset Error, etc and RF measurement techniques such as Gain, Noise Figure, Jitter, Phase noise, Lock time.
•Able to work comfortably with lab equipment like Oscilloscopes, Spectrum analyzers, Logic Analyzers, Network Analyzers, etc.
•In charge of debugging TWO-WAY radio failed boards from Functional Test and System Test during NPI run and mass production.
•Provides comprehensive failure analysis of the failed boards and give timely feedback to engineering team for appropriate corrective action and yield improvement.
•Work with debug engineer in clearing hard to pass/aging board.
•Train newly hired technician

Responsible in debugging and repairing the power units boards, ATU-r modem, VDSL, ADSL, DSLAM, LTU, CAU, BEU, IGU and SUBRACK.
Provide support to test engineer in fabricating jigs that is use for testing and installation testing equipments.
Knowledge of using telecommunication test equipmet use for debug and testing such as: Omniber, Adtech, Oscilloscope, Spectrum analyzer, x-ray machine, Ohmmeter, Digital multimeter, and Rework machine.
Knowledge of doing rework.
Provide support to test Engineer in maintaining test equipment to ensure smooth and productive .
Able to work comfortably with lab equipment like Oscilloscopes, Spectrum analyzers, Logic Analyzers, Network Analyzers, etc.
