Oliver has worked to deliver the most high profile / high spend contracts at Richmond-upon-Thames Council. Oliver has experience in delivering a range of contracts, including contracting for transport, facilities management, consultancy services and legal services. He has also worked on a consultancy basis for to support and advise organisations on running a competition and negotiating good outcomes.
