• Provides administrative support and assistance to the Administrator and staff team.
• Encodes property listings to the CRM system and synchronize online for advertising and marketing purposes
• Encodes all applicant inquiries for such property for the agent’s reference
• Assisting Admin staff for all property management issues including maintenance issues and renewals of tenancy contract
• In-charge of the company’s incoming and outgoing mail and general emails and pass to designated staffs
• Refreshing and updating of properties in Advertising portals
• Filing, copying, faxing and printing documents for staff
• Assisting in answering company phone and forwarding messages/calls to staff
• Greeting visitor and direct them to the appropriate person according to their needs
• Ordering of office supplies and office groceries needed
• Assisting Manager Director for her personal needs including filing, copying, scanning and other necessities.
