• Responsible for the daily operation in the store- Manage the store manpower planning and arrangement
• Monitoring the daily sales and managing sales teams to increase the sales turnover to meet the
pre-determined sales target
• Create and maintain a shopping environment and deliver a shopping experience to customers
in keeping with the brand strategy
• Ensure a high standard of customer service within the store
• Counseling coaching, training and motivating the sales staff
• Maintain good staff relation in order to generate a high level of morale and enthusiasm
• Solid understanding of wages, profit & loss figures, & roster budgets Have experience in all aspects of stock control
Replenishes stocks on display and ensures availability of stocks in the selling area
• Monitors movement of stocks and informs the Brand Manager of the fast and slow moving stocks as basis to repeat orders and inter-store transfers to ensure quality/adequate quantity of merchandise and timely delivery of stocks

•Lead by example to demonstrate high levels of customer interaction and service
•Support management to complete training needs analysis for each member of the Team.
•Maintain the highest Retail standards on the sales floor at all times.
•Fully understands and able to take responsibility for completing all in store
Administration procedures.
•Communicate to the Brand Manager or Merchandising Department constantly
on all stocks matters and new collection update
• Merchandise the store on a regular basis with the store teams with compliance to
Merchandising guidelines
Help store manager to promote all company targets and achieved them
• Ensure optimal customer service and comply with company standards

• Coordinates closely with logistics group in receiving new products and stock transfer requests for the customer and other stocking activities
• Ensures that all items in the selling area are properly displayed and merchandised, with correct prices, with labels and security tags
• Communicate to the Brand Manager or Merchandising Department constantly
on all stocks matters and new collection update
• Plan and works to ensure that sales targets are implemented and achieved
• Help store manager in training employees about customer service and product knowledge
