I engage, monitor & maintain the following,
• Data collection, Registration & Updating of Business Lift Members database
• Customer Relation
• Brand Advocacy
• Brand Network Quality
• Manage Brand Special Projects as directed.
• ICT Support on Gross Connection (Winback, Lastmile)
• Management of existing distributors
• Assisting distributors to identify end customers/sales opportunities/prospects in their market; and distribution of leads which come directly to recommended Trade Partners;
• Feeding distributors new product, market and customer application information;
• Receiving and collecting market intelligence on a regular basis on customer requirements and competitor developments;
• Monitoring technical support provided through distributor;
• Research to identify new distributors/potential resellers;
• Recruitment of new sub-distributors; Direct Sales Activities
• Follow up of Direct Sales leads Market Intelligence
• Finding out/compilation of customer applications for our products;
• Provide feedback and input from own markets to help shape marketing strategy
• Assist where required in design, production and co-ordination of all marketing collateral, exhibition graphics and press releases.
• Assist customers in the operation of their products and organize support for problems they may have.
• Demonstrate the technical operation of our equipment.
• Any other tasks required by the management
• Daily routine check on Navigation Communication Systems
• Maintenance and repairs of these systems and relevant accessories
• Take Log of transmissions
• Identify operational problems, opportunities and propose solutions.
• Document all fault encountered and any further actions
• Execute any other instructions or tasks given
