As a Brand and Communication Manager, I report to the Managing Director and I am responsible for :
a) increasing brand awareness through direct marketing, monitoring and information.
b) ensuring that all team members constantly provide high quality Service and Customer Service including after sales.
c) monitoring the delivery of the brand direction and recommend areas of improvement.
d) create and implement a long-term communication strategy between my company and various stakeholders.
e) producing periodic (quarterly and yearly) commercial calendar plan, liaising with relevant markets and departments.
f) acting as the brand’s and company's spokesperson with media.
g) formulates and implements public relations policies and strategies.
h) selecting and managing communications with relevant agencies,
i) writing, vetting recommending and approving brochures, fliers and other printed materials as well as letters in relation to the brand and the company
j) occasionally, I act on behalf of the Managing Director.
