Comprehensive evaluation and regular upkeep of all mechanical equipment throughout the facility.
Development and implementation of a well planned preventive and scheduled maintenance plan for all mechanical equipment.
Conducting daily proactive routine inspections of mechanical equipment and preparing detailed reports on their status.
Ensure strict compliance to safety rules and regulations on the field
Routine Checks and maintenance on Mechanical devices were carried out along with my team Implemented scheduled maintenance and corrective maintenance on the 100MMSCF/d capacity gas compressor units. In collaboration with the operations team, we utilized the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system to closely monitor the plant's operations, identifying and addressing any potential constraints, and promptly notifying the relevant departments to ensure swift resolution.
Ensure proper follow-up on maintenance job till completion.
Supervision of Artisans.
Installation and maintenance of polyurethane porta cabins.
Installation of prefabricated houses and offices using calcium silicate or gypsum board.
Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines.
Ensure that personnel adhere to strict safety rules.
Ensure proper housekeeping after installation or maintenance.
Design of automated hammering system, Design of crude oil heating system( using Immersion heater and copper coils).
