Responsible for supervision of over 300 fleet of car and drivers, management of bookings and responding to inquiries from customers/clienteles.
•Supervision of transport activities to insure customer satisfaction does not fall below red line levels on day to day basis.
•Providing real time support for all drivers and customer activities and supporting central team.
•Daily oversight and analysis of previous days completed trips insuring driver compliance with routing and customer have value for their money.
•Oversight of third party contract carrier operations including review and processing of carrier invoices for accuracy and payment.
•Daily review of driver paperwork, data input and data flow for transport related systems and processes.
•Daily, weekly and monthly coordination of Driver Performance Index (DPI) and other performance related tools
•Managing and coordination online and real time bookings to available drivers and planning their time scheduling
Taking care of Marketing, Retail Sales, Social Media, CRM, Event management, Exhibitions, Loyalty program, Strategic alliance, Cross promotion activities for entire country. Effectively looking after initiatives that involved:
•Business planning: Planning and implementing product range, marketing plan, business expansion plans and exhibition plans for entire year.
•Marketing: Preparing annual marketing budget and calendar and timely execution of marketing campaigns and events. Strategizing on Social Media promotions, Online Sales, CRM and Loyalty Program.
•Brand strategy: Created brand Strategy, built a top class brand and position it above the existing brands. Successfully conceptualized, planned and executed the new brand building, and promotional activities.
•Sales: Closely monitored overall sales, monthly targets, Gross profit and net profit of the company.
•Operations: Timely placement and replenishment of stock, logistics, supply and display material.
•Cross promotion activities: Strategic tie up with top Merchandizers in the Nigeria for cross promotion activities and brand promotion and expediting sales.
•Human management: Overseeing a team 3 departments and Sales Staff. Active participation in Staff training and development. Coordination with HR department for Recruitment, Induction and Training Programs.
Responsible for developing a portfolio of accounts through new business development. Also in charge of looking for opportunities and for managing the full negotiation and close process with clients from start through to finish.
•Managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure.
•Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email.
•Contacting prospective customers and discussing their requirements.
•Achieving all revenue targets & objectives in line with the Area Business Plan.
•Working closely with the marketing team to produce any sales collateral required for the target market.
•Reporting business trends and area performance to the National Sales Manager.
•Developing & maintaining successful business relationships with all prospects.
•Identifying what customers want.
•Planning and organising the day to ensure all opportunities are maximised.
•Developing a full understanding of the business market-place.
