Report directly to the production manager about the day to day activities
•Responsible for the entire operations in the plant
•Avoid down-times and time lags for equipment / machine process
•To ensure that expected target at every section are met
•Ensure process men and headman carry out their duties accordingly
•Follow-up all break downs mech/elect/instr/process fault as quickly as possible
•Make comprehensive report of the work done, pending jobs and break down
•Make sure that pending jobs are attended
•At resumption be conversant with the history of the process and the plant
•Stay with maintenance crew while repair is going on
•Tidy-up working environment and ensure the use of safety materials provided
•Ensure cleaning, safe environment by the staff and good manufacturing practice.
•Monitored and supervise general duties
