• I was responsible for the establishment and maintenance of a high-level functional requirements, technical system design and deployment design/master plan for implementation and roll-outs.

• Responsible for liaison with technology partner, Ingenico EEMA Africa Casablanca, Morocco and Ingenico France. Oversaw the importation of payment terminals and hardware, and EMV Security Level 1 signing of all payment terminals, system and solution shipped to financial institutions and clients in Nigeria. • Responsible for engaging with the Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System (NIBBS) to ensure that the company complies with all regulations and guidelines of the Central Bank of Nigeria for Payment Terminal and Application Developers (PTAD) and Payment Terminal Management Systems in the design, development and implementation of payment solutions.

• Responsible for oversight functions for all ICT operations and technology arm of the business and engage with the technology team to create bespoke solutions. I served as Chief Software Architect for all software development projects of the organization. I was responsible for providing technical guidance to the management on policy directives, ensuring that the technical team achieve overall objectives and goals down to the bottom line.

• Leveraged technology to automate business processes within the organization. Deployed SugarCRM for customer relationship management and ensure activity tracking of business relationships with clients at established service level agreements.
• Built in-house capacity and organized training programs to boost technical capacity. Simplified cryptic and complicated systems ensured project/budget-tracking processes were established.
• Drove operating costs down by 50% in the first month of engagement by bringing onboard technical expertise. Reverted to in-house product development as opposed to outsourcing development of products to other companies.
• Guided a transparent engagement of technical personal to address the gap in the technical arm of the business. I spearheaded the recruitment of seven highly skilled ICT professional in the field of software development and mobile telecommunication.

Responsible for the design and management of Nigeria LNG Limited Intranet and data services. I was responsible for ensuring that corporate information is disseminated and made available to all office locations (London, Bonny, Port Harcourt and Abuja). Work with all departments and divisions to update information and dossier online daily. Responsible for training focal persons in various departments in the use of intranet facilities.

Achievements and Contributions
• Developed the Nigeria LNG Limited 2013 e-Recruitment system.
• Developed the Nigeria LNG Limited 2013 undergraduate and postgraduate scholarship management system. The system was used for the administration of scholarship scheme, handling of scholarship applications and shortlisting of candidates that met the benchmark requirements for the scholarship scheme.
• Developed a Nigeria LNG Limited Culture Alignment System. A training system for the HR division for educating staff and propagation of the NLNG corporate culture and ethics.
• Developed Coach Match and Mentoring System for the Human Resource department. A mentoring initiative of the HR department of Nigeria LNG Limited. A system used for fostering leadership development of staffs by providing mentorship relationships between staff members.
• Developed a data mining application for data migration on SAP Project. Created data conversion tools for data migration from existing solutions to SAP ERP.
• Developed the Conflict of Interest, Gifts and Hospitality Registration System. A solution for GRC department for managing risk and declaration of potential conflicts of interests, gifts received by NLNG personnel and hospitality provided to NLNG staff by clients, partners or third parties out of office. An integrity initiative for risk management.

As Head of Application development, I oversaw the software development projects and services outsourced to the company focusing on highly technical, tailored solutions for network and systems infrastructure. Customers include commercial software and web services companies, and government. I was lead developer and chief software architect on various turnkey technology projects and project manager on software engineering projects including the pilot electronic election result collation system developed by the company for Nigeria’s election monitoring body.

Achievements and Contributions (Interra Networks Limited)

• Developed a solution for monitoring telecoms service providers (MTN, GLOBACOM, ZAIN) for the Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC). Solution incorporates two key systems; leveraging SugarCRM and Microsoft.Net Framework with Asterisk Telecommunication solution. It helped with providing accurate reporting of consumer issues and resolution to the NCC, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) instituted by the commission, and ensure that GSM service consumers are adequately protected and compensated on service breaches.
• Single handedly developed the pilot e-Collation system (Electronic Result Collation System) and first of its kind in the country, for the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). The system was used by INEC Collation Officers to successfully collate election results online and real-time for the Anambra 2007 gubernatorial election and Cross River 2010 gubernatorial election. This project boosted our company revenue by over 300%, repositioned the company as a major software engineering company with our clients, and increased referrals to the company.
• Employee of the Year Staff Awards 2009.

I was engaged as IT officer by Integrated Healthcare Limited, one of the 11 approved health maintenance organization for the National Health Insurance Scheme at the time. I was responsible for automating the business processes and creating a platform for engaging with the healthcare provider networks.
Designed and implemented corporate IT infrastructure including networking, custom-developed Intranet portal for staffs, database systems, data center scalable to accommodate rapid growth. PC environment included Linux, Windows, Oracle, and MS SQL Server.

Achievements and Contributions
• Developed a solution called HIMIS, which is a health insurance management solution. The system registers enrollees, provider networks, administers capitation and claims processing, cheque printing, fee-for-service management, generates bank payment schedules, captures encounter data, manages referrals and generates comprehensive reports for specified reporting periods.
• Automation and integration of cheque printing software into HIMIS. The software prints cheques in bulk for capitation and fee-for-service payment, and generates payment schedule for bank payment validation and official reporting of issued cheques.

Engaged as Oracle database 10g faculty. Responsible for developing professional training and certification calendar. Design and develop training modules for trainees and clients. Develop training manuals for oracle 10g database training. Organize customized training for executive class. Prepare and ready prometric centre and computers for certification exam.

Responsible for supporting the Head of ICT and automation of business processes.
Achievements and Contributions
• Automated the underwriting process for insurance policies using VB Scripts and Microsoft Excel forms for insurance underwriters.
• Developed a solution for printing insurance policies. The solution created a reduction of the workload on insurance underwriters and staffs. The solution reduced cost of printing policy documents and insurance certificates to clients.
