Manifesting ships and cargoes electronically and manually to the appropriate authorities (Customs, NPA, NIMASA, Navy, etc.)
Processing of provisional and final bills for the vessel and cargo in question.
Stemming and declaring vessels and cargoes at berthing meetings and reconciliation afterwards at voyage meetings.
Arrangement of inward and outward pilotage of ships.
Arrangement of ships and equipments for ship to ship (STS) transfer of liquid bulk cargoes e.g PMS, AGO, DPK amongst others.
Boarding of clients vessels at sea or terminals and assist in obtaining necessary clearances form various authorities before and after loading/discharging operations.
Preparation of statements of facts of each loading/discharging operation.
Updating clients with appropriate and required information at due time.
