•Responsible for the enforcement of quality standards and process controls.
•Conduct real time analysis which includes pack moisture, particle size distribution (PSD), fill value and moisture content on tobacco leaves and stems and the results communicated to production lead for prompt actions.
•Responsible for preparing and presenting quality audit reports.
•Responsible for equipment calibration and maintenance.

•Achieved reduced consumer complaints target with joint efforts by team.
•Maintained high standard of work delivery.
•Achieved good glide path on major KPI such as increase fill value, dust reduction etc.
