Responsibilities
Assist custom officers in both clerical and manual handling works
Provide excellent customer service relations with all clients, regardless of their nationalities.
Monitor and coordinate the truck driver immigrants to follow the established procedures.
Control cars and trucks traffic for thorough scanning and inspection.
Stand as intermediary between the clearing agents (the mukalas) and the customs for sorting documents.
Load and offload goods for proper inspection and verification of goods being imported into UAE
Responsibilities
Responsible for greeting new customers as they entered the store and finding them the proper sales or customer service assistance.
Replenish stocks from the store to enhance high sales turnover
Monitored competitors activities to always inform my manager on any latest products or new strategies introduced, so as to effectively meet up in the competition market
Arranging the products as per merchandising standards.
Informing customers about discounts and special offers.
Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
Performing cashier duties by handling cash, credit card and check payments.
Answering queries from customers.
Making all efforts to meet up and to even beat Company’s monthly set targets
Reporting product problems and providing customers’ feedback to the store manager.
Keeping a vigilant eye on shoplifters.
Dealing with customer’s refunds and complaints.
Follow up with the concern staff to ensure timely delivery of products to customer’s place.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate and explain products, methods, or services in order to persuade customers to purchase products or utilize services.
Identify interested and qualified customers in order to provide them with additional information.
Provide product information, using lectures, films, charts, and/or slide shows.
Research and investigate products to be presented to prepare for demonstrations.
Sell products being promoted, and keep records of sales.
Set up and arrange displays and demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers.
Train demonstrators to present a company's products or services.
Wear costumes or sign boards and walk in public to promote merchandise, services, or events.
Work as part of a team of demonstrators to accommodate large crowds.
Transport, assemble, and disassemble materials used in presentations.
Visit trade shows, stores, community organizations, and other venues to demonstrate products or services, and to answer questions from potential customers.
