* Monitored drilling rigs mud equipment for efficient functioning during oil well
drilling operation.
* Operated and managed solid control equipment such as CleanCut Blower (CCB),
Augers, R-valves, ISO tank pump, Verti-G and compressors.
* Collected drill cuttings from shale shaker to storage tanks (ISO tanks) in a structured
and spill-free manner to ensure an environmentally friendly drilling process.
* Performed weekly maintenance and performance checks of drilling fluids equipment.
* Supervised efficient operation of all solids control equipment to maintain minimum
drill solids content and prevent whole mud losses.
Drilling Fluids Engineer 2013 to 2015
* Formulated onsite drilling/completion fluids work program prior to each hole section
and ensured adequate inventory of products required to successfully drill a well.
* Coordinated preparation of products, mixing and operational procedures with
company and rig personnel.
* Running on a daily basis at well locations all the laboratory tests for drilling fluids
according to A.P.I standards to evaluate properties of the drilling fluids.
* Prepared water, oil or synthetic based mud from mud programs and applied
completion fluids.
* Reviewed and implemented drilling waste management and environmental
procedures.
* Monitored daily drilling operations to reduce or eliminate problems associated with
drilling fluids.
* Performed special laboratory tests such as PST, PSA and PPT for successful mud
operation during onsite oil well drilling.
* Provide computerized consulting regarding fluid hydraulics (rheological properties,
pressure drops) daily variation of fluid parameters, chemical consumption and costs
over the duration of the well
* Ensured timely submission of daily reports and End of Well Recap.

Jetty Operator 2011 to 2012
* Carry out day to day running of the jetty.
* Participate in vessel ullage at berth carrying petroleum products in conjunction with
various government agencies.
* Compile discharge reports from the vessel periodically and sending reports to
operator at shore to check for discrepancies.
* Carry out performance audits of equipment at the Jetty and other stakeholders.
