• Managing a highly skilled team of electrical engineers to ensure delivery of project to budget,
Regulatory compliance and on schedule. This also involves management of team’s work load and
boosting morale of team members for jobs under supervision.
• Conducting risk review sessions, design optimization initiatives, resource deployment and project cost
control.
• Production of drawings and designs relating to earthing layouts & details, cable routing (including civils
cross sections), substation Plant layouts, protection studies and riser’s details
• Production of a detailed Electrical design and schematic from LV up to 33kV.
• Undertaking Network demands calculations, load flow analysis, short circuit studies and design works.
• Review project files and individual team design process for compliance with standards/Protocols
Implementing best practice procedure.
• Manage procurement of long lead items in accordance with client’s Programme.
My Project was on Active Power Factor Corrections and the modelling effect on the Grid.
Successfully built a converter to manage the flow of energy between car transmission and the battery.
