Updating the Rotation sheet when it needed. (on daily basis)
• Submitting the Timesheets & Bus. Expenses sheets for 150 engineers and technicians.
•Responsible for the Hotel Reservations (for the new employees also)
•Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures.
o Dealing with the suppliers for the Site PPEs
• Responsible of office supplies and service contracts, performing routine maintenance activities and contacting service representatives as needed.
• Preparing & Monitoring invoices/ Responsible for the office’s Petty Cash.
•Liaise with FEE (Recruitment & Outsourcing Co.) about the renewal Visas, Work permits & Blood Tests for the employees.
•Develop and maintain a filing system.
o Preparing Termination forms for the Unemployed staff & Responsible for Training Orientation for newly employed Staff.

o Maintaining and distributing current employee site roster, organization chart, and phone list to customer's security and Human Resources departments.
o Monitor sign in process and ensure that daily attendance is accurately recorded, documented and reported to administration as required.
