Location: Saudi Aramco, Yanbu / Saudi Electric Co, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. (Transport Division) Existing Position: Team Leader / Supervisor Workshop Department: Lease Contract Operation Job Duration: 15th July 2012 - 1st Aug 2017- 08th Aug 2018
Job Responsibilities:-
• Manpower, Material, machine and ofice management to ensure smooth operation till completion of the contract.
• Report the site activities and work status to the divisional service manager.
• Coordination with management and other site locations by suggestions and recommendations to resolve the issues.
• Prepare quotation for purchase and repair orders of auto parts, tools and equipment concerning site operation.
• Attend meetings with clients representatives (Aramco / SECO Management) based on schedule or situation.
• To advise and guide the team of mechanics in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Implementation & monitoring of 5 S & Safety regulations.
• Attend Aramco scheduled inspections and exercise drills for accommodation and workshop about Fire & Safety and Loss & Prevention.
• To raise the requisition for direct consumables i.e. fuel, oil, chemicals & lubricants and indirect consumables i.e. cotton rags, gloves, masks, safety shoes, helmets and uniforms.
• Coordination with the divisional warehouse for the status of ordered parts, batteries and tires to avoid delay.
• To prevent environmental hazards transport all waste materials & scrap to the contractor to maintain the waste manifest.
• Handle internal and external audits and frequently perform inventory and stock checks.
• To prepare and maintain documents record for all vehicles of the fleet (400 Plus) i.e. service vehicles, TRPs and client vehicles since commencing to till completion of the contract i.e. vehicle checklist with accessories, delivery note, registration, insurance & authorization, safety campaigns, PM, minor, breakdown, accident & insurance repairs, MVPI reports, trafic violations and LVR & LRE releasing document on completion of the contract.
• To prepare, maintain and update all documentation i.e. Daily, weekly & Monthly Reports, Accident & Insurance repair documents, under-repair & pending vehicle records, inventory & stock reports for internal and external audits.
• Manage all administrative and personal activities and issues of site location i.e. employees joining/transfer/termination/retiring, attendance, overtime, payrolls, petty cash and expense reports.
• Make surveys to find the best suitable supplier, contractor and agent for construction, renovation and safety for accommodation/camp and workshop facility.
Existing Position: Assistant Manager Department: Production / Main Assembly Line Job Duration: 15th Sep 2008 - 5th June 2012
Job Responsibilities:-
• Core responsibility is Manpower, Material and machine management to achieve the objectives (Production Targets and Special Requested Tasks).
• To attend Inter-Departmental meetings to kill the queries for the flawless process.
• Report to the Production Manager regarding the floor activities and production status.
• Coordination with CKD, Local warehouse and Plant Engineering Department to avoid delays.
• Working on production enhancement. (Reducing TAC Time and increasing UPH)
• Work out the strategies to minimize the DPU.
• Arrange short meetings for supervisors and technicians regarding Kaizen, 5 S and Safety implementation.
• To raise the requisition for direct and indirect consumables materials.
• Intra Departmental correspondence through cell phone, e-mail and ofice Memos.
• To prepare, maintain and update all documentation i.e. Production Departmental Reports, Production Plans and QC feedback for self-record and internal and annual audit prospects.
• Administration of various personnel actions including, hiring, performance appraisals, Promotions and transfer.
• Resolve employee grievances or submit unsettled issues to HR for action.
• Responsible for enforcement and compliance with all company safety policies, rules and regulations.
