• Commercial Controllership: Responsible for 100K consumer sales & rebate analysis, variance reporting, and accounting.
• Reporting, Forecasting & Planning: Performs planning & forecasting of 100K consumers’ Sent- out, T&D Loss, Amount Billed, their Recovery & its ratio and AT&C Loss at company level, with monthly phasing of budget for KE’s individual IBCs, this is with the aim of encouraging and recognizing performance culture of transparency and fair play.
• Business Partnering: Proactively manage the sales planning process with relation to 50 feeder sent-out (output) that enables’ business performance improvement & maintain sustainability in quality of billing on 98% (consumer service level), distribution loss on 15% (Company cost) and recovery ratio on 95% (Revenue).
• Lead and monitor weekly financial OPEX forecast, annual budgeting.
• Supporting the provision of monthly, weekly and daily management information, including key metrics and revenue analysis
• Assist with management reporting (regional and segment P&L’s), supporting Key Account organization with reviews, and planning sessions
• Supervise monthly closing activities of particular geographical segment, sales closing, relevant adjustment reporting.
• Lead operational due diligence activities and processes across departments.

• Ensure meter readings in absolute adherence to the monthly meter reading schedule and coordination with Bill Distribution Vendor for timely distribution bills to consumers for each Cycle Day
