• Commercial Controllership: Responsible for 100K consumer sales & rebate analysis, variance reporting, and accounting.
• Reporting, Forecasting & Planning: Performs planning & forecasting of 100K consumers’ Sent- out, T&D Loss, Amount Billed, their Recovery & its ratio and AT&C Loss at company level, with monthly phasing of budget for KE’s individual IBCs, this is with the aim of encouraging and recognizing performance culture of transparency and fair play.
• Business Partnering: Proactively manage the sales planning process with relation to 50 feeder sent-out (output) that enables’ business performance improvement & maintain sustainability in quality of billing on 98% (consumer service level), distribution loss on 15% (Company cost) and recovery ratio on 95% (Revenue).
• Lead and monitor weekly financial OPEX forecast, annual budgeting.
• Supporting the provision of monthly, weekly and daily management information, including key metrics and revenue analysis
• Assist with management reporting (regional and segment P&L’s), supporting Key Account organization with reviews, and planning sessions
• Supervise monthly closing activities of particular geographical segment, sales closing, relevant adjustment reporting.
• Lead operational due diligence activities and processes across departments.
• Ensure meter readings in absolute adherence to the monthly meter reading schedule and coordination with Bill Distribution Vendor for timely distribution bills to consumers for each Cycle Day
• Customer rebate tracking & reporting.
• Lead monthly and annual commercial forecasting/planning processes.
• Preparation of budget for revenue & receivable KPIs: Sent-out, T&D Loss, Amount Billed, Recovery, RR and AT&C Loss at overall company level and monthly phasing of budget for individual IBCs.
• Review of IBC score card results and adjust scores to align the reported result numbers to reflect real performance, with the aim of encouraging and recognizing performance culture \of transparency and fair play.
• Proactively manage the sales planning process with relation to feeder sent-out.
• Drive actionable analysis that will enable business performance improvement in term of enhance quality of billing and recovery ratio.
• Analyze the large customer related to sales, unit consumed & profitability,
• Provide recommendation over business planning process /risk mitigation strategy by using SAP ERP Business intelligence tools and technologies,
• Management Information Report to support operation reviews & ad-hoc management queries by using advanced excel tools,
• Perform quantitative analysis, customer trending/reporting, and ensure timely execution to drive improvement of the operations,
• Part of the IBC budget team, to achieve overall business vision of reducing losses & proposed alternative strategy & tactics to improve the overall operational & business result.
•Preparation of quarterly statutory accounts,
•Involve in preparing feasibility study of upcoming projects.
•Prepare the quotation for new & existing product for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requested
•Preparation annual sales revenue & material consumption budget including contribution margin analysis product wise, by customer and finalize the price with management approval.
•Preparation of monthly product costing including material consumption analysis,
•Preparation various monthly and year to date analysis including material & sales variance (price & quantity both),
•Preparation variance report of the actual material consumption v/s budget.
•Preparation rolling forecast of material consumption quarter wise,
•Generate monthly inventory reconciliation & analysis report from SAP,
Special Assignment: Thal Boshoku Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. It’s a joint venture agreement with Toyota Boshoku Japan with Thal Limited), for the manufacturing of air cleaner set & seat sun assembly.
Major Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly Management Accounts by completing numerous schedules including cost allocation,
• Preparation of monthly Financial Statements according to IFRS,

• Completing year-end accounts including lease liability reconciliation,
• Supervise the monthly stock taking, prepare stock valuation report and reconciliation of raw materials between inventory records and accounting system records,
• Perform Fixed Assets Management function in fixed assets module,
• Supervise the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual statements of Income Tax, monthly sales tax return and reconciliation of sales tax records with accounting records,
• Maintain correspondence with tax authorities.
• Implementing different functions of Finance, Banking & Inventory modules in SAP B1.
• Timely finalization of Monthly M.I.S Reporting,
• Prepared monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements,
• Prepared Post Order Costing under both method i.e. marginal & absorption to analyze profit generated from local sales,
• Prepared Variance (Budget) and Analytical Reports on monthly basis and presented it to the Management,
• Supervised the monthly stock taking and also prepared stock valuation report.

Audited & reviewed merchandizing, distributors claim and
sales activities of Islamabad Sales Office.
Engaged in reviewing and finalizing of Manufacturing Overhead Budget,
Performed variance analysis related to Manufacturing Overhead.
