Present working in ENI Pakistan as an Instrument Technician at Its Gas Purification plant and Well head Compression system Bhit Gas field Sindh Pakistan.
Eni Pakistan is an Oil & Gas E&P company. It is part of the Eni S.p.A., one of the world’s largest oil companies with operations in more than 70 countries. Eni Pakistan is the operator of Bhit & Badhra gas field having gas production of 340 MMSCFD. The facility uses NRU technology to remove Nitrogen from raw gas. Eni Pakistan has many on-shore and off-shore exploration licenses in Pakistan.
Pakistan. PPL Adhi field is one of the rich fields of Pakistan having all types of hydrocarbons. The average per day capacity of different products of Adhi filed are NGL (Barrels) = 4498 LPG (Tones) = 97 Gas (mmScf) = 38 Crude (Barrels) = 6.5 Adhi field have two LPG manufacturing Plants having capacity of 60 T/D&85 T/D. One old plant is equipped with Pneumatic/Electronic instrumentation for safe operation and other new plant was equipped with DCS (Emerson Delta V) system for control strategies and completes interlocking for safe operation. All the Instruments are HART Protocol.
Job Responsibilities
Appointed for commissioning and startup of newly added LPG plant having DCS of Emersom process mangemnet Delta V at ADHI Field Gujjar Khan.
Took part in commissioning and also developed punch list to resolve on going issues and solve mostly problems of DCS and control valves during commissioning and after startup developed the PM regime and responsible for routine trouble shooting of refrigeration compressors.
Took part in commissioning of turbo expender compressor
Pak-American Fertilizers Ltd. is one of he pioneers fertilizers unit of NFC initially in this unit Ammonium Sulphate was produced. Later on, it is started a Modernization & Expansion project of 1050 MT/D Urea (a project of M/s Toyo Engineering corporation of Japan) the Kellogg Process having latest Total Distributed Control System (DCS 3000x) which contains APM for high level calculation and advance control strategies. Logic manager is used for interlocking, History module for system data storage, process history, and graphics display and configuration information. The plant is also equipped with Hi-Tech Centrifugal Compressor with latest programmed Electric Governing Control System for extraction/condensing turbines with complete interlocking for safe operation.

Working as instrument/Analyzer technician at PAFL Modernization and
Expansion project “Phase-II”.
Took part in erection of PAFL Modernization & Expansion project “Phase-II” and during erection, I supervise the installation of online analyzers and their connection with sample point, transmitter, control valves and other field instruments according to Plot Plan and P & I drawings supplied by TEC installed by contactor KCP-I.
During normal operation I am responsible to check, calibrate and trouble shoot, infrared analyzers of ROSEMOUNT “ 815, 865” used for measuring CH 4, Co, Co II, Oxygen analyzer of AMETEK “2000” and gas chromatograph analyzer of ABB “ Vista 3100” for measuring H2, N2, NH3, Ar, CH4, pH analyzer of DKK and conductivity analyzer “ROSEMOUNT”.
Took part in all activities like instruments installation, Hook-up, Pressure Test, Loop Check, Continuity & Meggar teat, Calibration of switches, Transmitters “Foxboro, Rosemount, Yokogawa”, Control vales “ Fisher, Honeywell, Masoneilan”, and during normal operation, I took part in trouble shooting & maintenance of all types of Pneumatic & Electronics Instruments and analyzers.
In CCR side, I took part in installation of DCS Racks, Termination Internal & external loop check, logic check, vibration & thrust monitor set point adjustment.
I worked on adjustment of vibration & Thrust monitoring Probes of Bentley Nevada “ 3300 Series” and compressor control system of WOOD WORD “505-E”.
Took part in Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and start-up activities of Plant.
