• Lead my team in design, development and evaluation of energy-related projects or programs to reduce energy costs, improve energy efficiency, reduce scope 2 carbon emissions, and enhance sustainability

• Define scope and pricing for the selected energy conservation measures
• Provide technical support to projects team for selection of material and ESM implementation in accordance with DFS requirements to maximize energy savings and minimize environmental impact
• Commissioning and Measurement and Verification (M&V) of all installed solutions to validate energy savings and carbon emission savings
• Analyze all relevant data to validate the predicted savings as per IPMVP standards, ultimately responsible for the guaranteed energy savings
• Completed thorough energy assessments to analyze energy consumption and implement cost-saving eficiency measures
• Analyzed energy use data and identified opportunities for energy savings.
• Supervise energy performance contracting (EPC) development eforts in Saudi Arabia for Siemens
• Ability to handle multiple energy projects simultaneously
• Liaison with 3rd party HVAC, solar PV and lighting vendors and suppliers in selecting the right energy saving solution
• Performed cost analysis for energy eficiency and renewable energy projects to determine financial benefit for potential client
• Conduct site walk through and audits to determine energy baseline and end-use breakdown for evaluation of ECMs in accordance with ASHRAE Level1, Level 2 or Level 3 depending on project and client requirements
• Developed technical specifications for equipment installation projects.
• Primary vertical markets include Tarshid, Commercial, Federal Government, Healthcare, Higher Education, K12 and Hospitality Industry
• Coordinate and supervise development of ECMs including, but not limited to: Chiller Plant Improvements, Building Automation Systems (BAS) / Energy Management Control Systems (EMCS), Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Improvements, Lighting Improvements, Building Envelope Modifications, Chilled Water, Hot Water, and Steam Distribution Systems, Electric Motors and Drives, Refrigeration, Distributed Generation, Renewable Energy Systems, Energy/Utility Distribution Systems, Water and Sewer Conservation Systems, Electrical Peak Shaving/Load Shifting, Energy Cost Reduction Through Rate Adjustments, Energy Related Process Improvements, Commissioning, Advanced Metering Systems, and Appliance/Plug-load reductions
• Development of measurement and verification plans and savings calculation methods outline in accordance with International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP) and AEE guidelines
