Reconcile petty cash and safe Audit check, bank accounts, the APs and ARs and Intercompany account between HQ
Maintain and update accounting and financial control systems
Establish and maintain a Financial and logistic and procurement System in line with GAAP/ IFRS standers and the donor regulations
Prepare and Support in submission of the monthly fund projection, with attach the monthly budget and projections and prepares monthly financial reports to HO
Manage the preparation and submission of the MSI/PAJ monthly expenditure reports and expense planning
