My job is to manage the IT consulting practice. Managing the team (25 Consultant) through preparing the resources capacity plan, annual leaves, training requirements and projects pipeline.

My Job was mainly through participating in different projects like: IT Strategy, ISO 20000 Service Management, IT Governance, preparing the deliverable, writing proposals and helping in pre-sales activities.
• Planning, design and implement Projects, Software migration, implementing active directory, policies, exchange and ISA servers, and internet security.
• Handle large and complicated sites; implement firewall (PIX) and internet web filtering and security systems.

My work was to organize and handle the technical department, instruct the technicians and follow up the service contracts, in addition, organize the technical trainings and make the necessary updates.
My work was to install and maintain high-end wide format scanners, digital imaging and plotters software and hardware from Oce’, Panasonic and Encad. Expert at Xerographic type of printing, installing PCs and Mac software and drivers plus network digital systems, in addition to the software and hardware rip solution, Making demonstration and give technical information to the customers in software Such as: AutoCAD, Signlab and Rasterex.
My work was mainly to maintain office machinery such photocopier, fax, scanners, computers and microfilm machines from Toshiba, Panasonic and Compaq in addition, to organize the department and establish a good relation with the customers.
I was doing some designs according to customers need such as uninterruptible power supplies (UPS-APS-SPS), battery chargers based on relay-scr or triac, water monitor level, automatic power regulators (AVR) and others.
