Handle all incoming and outgoing banking transactions on behalf of the company
Submit periodic reports detailing the company's present financial situation and forecasting the coming quarter
Implement company policies regarding documentation and accounting of receipts and other financial information
Prepare monthly and yearly budgets while continually monitoring expenditures
Review statements and provide advice on issues pertaining to business finance
Meet with the finance and accounting departments and assist in developing financial strategies quarterly and yearly

Oversee forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and funds available for investment
Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the currency and interest rates on the company's cash flows and borrowings, as applicable
Advise management on the liquidity aspects of its short- and long-range planning
Maintain an efficient system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities and provide support for regulatory reporting
Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the organization’s billing programs
Maintain all domestic and global banking relationships
Maintain broker database for trade clearance and counterparty risk
Maintain strong communications with banks and other financial service providers
Coordinated with Level 1 technical support specialists to take over calls outside their level of support.
Assisted customers with more difficult technical issues requiring a greater level of personalized care and in
greater length.
Escalated support desk tickets to Level 3 in the most crucial circumstances and after considerable time had been
spent on a single ticket.
On boarded and trained all incoming junior tech support specialists.
Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and encouraging the rest of the sales
team to follow this example.
