Major Responsibilities:
Screen and direct phone calls, correspondence and reports and fax
Meet visitors and provide general support to them
Create professional communications including letters, reports, presentations, etc.; research and analyze data and other variables needed.
Schedules and arrange meetings,
Records minutes of staff meetings and makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
Maintain stationary Stock, ensure reception is preparing inventory regularly
Prepare request / Purchase of stationeries whenever needed
Maintain proper inventory of office supplies and ensure all equipment (i.e. office telephones, access card, etc.) are in working order.
Prepare and implement guidelines for the operation of office support functions; reception, photocopies, data entry, Secretarial tasks communications (phone) cleaners and office maintenance. Advise manager on alterations to policies, when necessary.
