Microsoft Development Team Leader:
Technical team leader for Microsoft development team. Responsible for all SharePoint /EPM/.net solution delivery. Provide detailed technical project plan, time estimation, and quality over deliverables.


AREAS OF EXPERTISE
• Providing business solutions based on Microsoft Solutions (SharePoint, EPM, CRM)
• Good knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft products (AD, Exchange, TMG, GP, BizTalk).
• Consultation and pre-sales skills (replying to RFPs, providing technical proposals, scoping sessions and product presentations).
• Self -learner and quick pick up of new technologies and concepts.
• Senior development/customization skills on SharePoint platform and .net.
• Management and leadership skills for a technical team.

Key roles:
• Working with technical director to provide solutions to the business based on Microsoft SharePoint and .Net platforms. Participate in planning for solution department delivery pipelines. Building team new skills plan to meet new pipeline delivery.
• Requirements analysis and scoping, developing scope of work, solution design and functional specification documents
• Replying to RFPs, RFIs and developing pilots, demos, and product presentations
• Lead and manage senior SharePoint and .net developers and ensure overall quality control over deliverables
• Evaluation of 3rd party solutions, and lead the engagement with our partner vendors during customer pre-engagement and project delivery

Projects specific roles:
• Technical plan and delivery
• Development of solution design document including farm sizing and logical/physical architecture. Also detailed design for specific functions such as integrations, and Information Architecture.
• Lead development team and participate in key problems solving and designing of new features/requirements
• Build and release management of different source code, and promoting from test, staging, and to production environments
• Coordinate and supervise testing team along with new solutions version and builds
• Work on the development or fixing/debugging on selective functionalities

SharePoint Specialist: responsible of providing solutions based on Microsoft SharePoint Products &Technology, and handling all project phases; business requirements, system architect, SharePoint customization, and deployment.

Senior development skills in developing SharePoint Web Part, Workflows, Event Handlers to serve proposed solution and architecture. Responsible also of building integrator modules to integrate SharePoint with other systems

Key roles:
• I have reached senior skills in developing SharePoint WPs, VS.Net workflows and InfoPath, customer Event Handlers, and application pages.
• Develop integrator modules and use SharePoint BCS
• SharePoint farm design and deployment/administration, including security configuration for FBA
• Develop detailed plan to move customized portal/websites from staging to production environment
• Provide solution design document and Information Architecture for the website & Intranet
• Provide detailed design documents covering SharePoint content types, page layouts, masterpages, web parts...etc.
• Provide End User training

Key achievements:
• Provide project accelerators templates for site creation plan including site map, content types, page layouts, masterpages, web parts...etc. Also the same for solution design and functional specs documents.
• Work closely with two junior staff and assist in developing their skills
