Demand & supply planner for retail channel. Held responsible for three categories main categories (Mobile Phones, Tablets, & Accessories):
1. To implement three weekly S&OP meetings with category brand managers.
2. To review the sales and current stock of 2000 SKUs.
3. Designation of supply plans
4. To conduct inventory analytical reports to enhance turn-over and highlight inventory issues.
5. Inventory re-allocation and stock rotation to ensure stock availability.
6. The tracking of orders to ensure the arrival of shipments on time in full.
7. Reverse chain.
After a one year rotation program, I was assigned as a demand planner in retail channel for one category. I was held responsible for the below tasks:
1. To implement weekly S&OP meetings with category brand manager.
2. Reviewing the sales and current stock of 1000 SKUs.
3. Designation of supply plan
4. To conduct inventory analytical reports to enhance turn-over and highlight inventory issues.
5. Inventory re-allocation and stock rotation to ensure stock availability.
6. The tracking of orders to ensure the arrival of shipments on time in full.
7. Reverse chain.
AlHaddad Supply Chain Rotation Program insisted of being in 3 different functions within the Supply Chain;
1. Logistics & Transportation:
A. Designation and documentation of main distribution center standard operating procedures (SOPs)
B. Resolving operational bottlenecks in main distribution center
2. Procurement:
A. Conducted end-to-end 3PL analysis to outsource the company’s logistics services
B. Outsourcing all packaging materials from China
3. Demand Planning:
I was assigned in the Procurement - Marketing & Business services, there was numerous number of requests & projects was pending due to the handover gap from the previous employee, thus I was in charge to handle these projects and tasks and proceed them further. As I have carried over the following projects:
- Co-packing Rate Cards Negotiations & Contracting to ensure constant SLAs
- Daily Purchase Requisitions Approvals in SAP
- Cost Saving Projects
- Quotations Requisition for Marketing & Business Services
- Purchasing Due Diligence
- Suppliers Related Issues (Registrations, Modifications, & Terminations)
- Manufacturing Scraps Management
One of the only 3 honors graduates majoring Supply Chain Management from University of Business & Technology (GPA 4.58/5), as in some lectures, doctors used to let me assist them in tutoring the class. Also, the winner of a Takween Company business case study that was sponsored by Macro Consultant Group & University of Business & Technology.
