Handled Tender Stage Planning for all types of Projects including Mid Tender Technical Presentations and Post Tender Negotiations for many huge & prestigious projects UAE & Abroad.
Preparing the program of work for Various type of construction projects.
Peer review and project support.
Preparing claims and extension of time (EOT) along with the cost and time impacts.
Planning, and Monitoring & Control Tasks
• Projects:
1. Motor-city Tower
Client: Lootah Investment; Scope: Design and Build of a 25 story building in Motor-city area in Dubai; Budget: 140 Million AED.
2. Nad Al-Hammer & Maaden Substations
Client: ABB (ASEA Brown Boveri); Scope: Civil & External Works; Budget: 25 Million AED (Each Substation).
3. Al-Amimi Mixed used Tower
Client: Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties; Scope: Construction of a tower consisted of 4 basements + Ground + Mezzanine + 16 floors + Roof; Budget: 45 Million AED.
• Responsibilities:
Scheduling baseline programs using Primavera P6
Preparing Daily, weekly and monthly Progress Reports.
Producing planned and actual resource histograms (manpower, machinery and material).
Monitoring subcontractor’s baseline programs (Precast, Infrastructure, MEP, landscaping, etc.).
Producing cash flow diagrams, progress S-curves and Key Performance Indicators.
Preparing claims and extension of time (EOT) along with the cost and time impacts.
• Projects:
1. HCNS (Hotel & Complex of Al-Najada Souq)
Client: PEO (Private Engineering Office); Scope: Design and Build of a five star hotel (Al-Najada Hotel), a Bookstore, an underground car parking, and an old Souq; Budget: 1.0 Billion QAR.
2. Mall of Qatar (Largest Shopping Mall in Qatar)
Client: UCC (UrbaCon Contracting & Trading); Scope: Design and Build of a Shopping mall, and a Five Star hotel; Budget: 4.0 Billion QAR.
• Responsibilities:
Scheduling baseline programs using Primavera P6
Preparing Daily, weekly and monthly Progress Reports.

Preparing bill of quantities (BOQ) and Contract Documents for more than 50 bids (Projects value varies from 1 million to 25 million AED)
Check and ensure that all Subcontract technical and economic issues are as per project contract specifications, local laws & regulations.
• As a Planning Engineer:
o Responsibilities
Preparation of weekly & monthly progress reports
Progress and Site Works Monitoring.
Project Coordination and communication (with the client, consultant, suppliers, and subcontractors)
Managing project budget and schedule.
Projects:
- Crystal Building (G+1 & Warehouse) \[G +1\] (12 million AED)
- Residential Compound (5 Villas) \[G+1\] (15 million)
Responsibilities:
• Inspection & Supervision of Various Construction Projects
• Review & Approval of Engineering Submissions
• Structural Design for Residential & Commercial Buildings
Projects:
- Training Center for Department of Finance \[G + 2\] (20 Million AED)
- Office building for Department of Finance \[G + 3\] (15 Million AED)
- Commercial Building \[G + 5\] (10 Million AED)
