Build a successful business relationship with international & local recruitment agencies.
Review the payroll file of (200) members, and complete the accountabilities as the policy.
Complete the company structures, HR Dep policy, and Employee handbook policy.
The hiring process for all levels as the company needs, preparing the JDs and contracts.
Updated HR database with new employee information, changes and other details.
Maintain the payroll with additions and deductions.
Recommend any changes according to the new government policies.
Review overtime requests / leave requests / travel requests.
Medical insurance services .
Government relation (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Enjaz, HRSD, Muqeem, GOSI ).
