Managing the Quality Survey & Audit tasks performed by the Quality Survey & Audit teams.
•Ensuring all Survey & Audit work is performed according to agreed project procedures.
•Ensuring site reports from the Quality Survey & Audit teams are accurate, complete and timely submitted.
•Monitoring performance of the Quality Inspection team and initiate corrective actions as required to ensure timely and accurate execution of the work.
•Reviewing site reports, identify discrepancies, technical issues and other blocking issues, and escalate as necessary.
•Verifying progress and quality of work of the vendors and contractors against agreed specifications and plans, and report any deviations as per project process.
•Verifying the accuracy and quality for all documents and site reports submitted by the contractors.
•In coordination with contractors, vendors and Customer, prepare acceptance schedule and related documents.
•Representative of the project team in District meetings as and when required.
•Preparing weekly Quality Survey & Audit progress reports for the Regional Manager.
Managing FTTH projects for the compunds in the region.
•Managing the terminal buildings and POPs projects in the region. b
•Follow-up the daily progress with the contractors and inspectors.
•Reporting the weekly progress for the ongoing works to the director.
•Attending the weekly contractors meeting with the director.
•Reviewing all designs submitted by design team to the implementation department.
•Cooperating with other team members to achieve various tasks i.e. Materials assets, As-built documents submitted by contractors.
Survey and Designing FTTx projects (CIVIL & FIBER): FTTH, Commercial St., Service on Demands (Survey, Design using Ne tool, BOQ)
•Acting the Quality Control Engineer: Checking the work orders designed by engineers, distribute projects to design team with target date, following the productivity and reporting.
