Maintain and manage Network infrastructure and provide L3 technical support to incident related to network domain. Participate within the technical design and implementations on projects.
• Follow the day-to-day operations related to ensure continuity of work.
• Comply with all relevant information Security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Ensure that all network devices monitored and up to date service contracts.
• Management of CORE network technologies.
• Provisioning and troubleshooting for Data Center Switching environment .
• Installation and advanced troubleshooting of network appliances.
• Control, monitoring and remote maintenance service for the network as prescribed by the relevant service level agreements.
• Recording and responding to faults as reported via the case management system, the remote management and fault-reporting tools.
• Response for any calls for emergency problem out of duty hours and take immediate action.
• Root Cause analysis in problem management for service interruption and recovery.
• Proactive monitoring of the network management applications to prevent any disaster from happening.
• Documenting and maintain all network infrastructure.
• Act as a mentor to the junior engineers and assist them in their tasks.

• Perform a full range of complex network designs encompassing multiple technologies within a single network
• Data Center Technologies (VMware, VSS)
• Cisco VoIP Collaborations support of IP Voice/Video (CUCM, MRA, Jabber)
• Wireless Network Management (Cisco, Ubiquiti)
• Security (IPsec, Site-to-Site VPN, L2 VPNs, L3 VPN, NACL, FW, UTM, SSH, ACS)
• Internet Gateway Management (multi homing BGP, IPv4 public Account management).
• Support end-to-end networking solutions to support global deployment of Network services including WAN, MAN, Edge, Site.
• Network Management (SNMP, PRTG)
Responsible for planning, designing and implementing Data & VoIP infrastructure.
Maintain and Troubleshooting of LAN/WAN and Voice LAN/WAN environment.
Analyze & troubleshoot network & Internet connectivity related problems.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and develop solutions in a timely fashion.
Provide high level technical support, including identifying and resolving end users problems.
