Position Title : Supporting actor as doctor
- Reporting to department Assistant Manager and client (Singapore
Telecommunication).
- Assist in daily routine of office administrative work includes documentation, filing, correspondence and co-ordination of department’s administrative matter.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required by management team.
- Support and in charge for staff orientation, soft skills training, company product/crossed skills training and quality analysis briefing for staff call monitoring.
- Maintain a professional approach, advice and alternatives/solutions to internal staffs’ request and queries using knowledge of company’s products and services.
- Monitor and support with team managers for new hires staff performance.
- Provide technical staffs with the best solutions for their enquiry and technical issues.
- Update the existing databases changes and inform the status/new process escalation to technical staffs and customers via emails.
- Activate engineer for onsite repair with part recommendation or trigger replacement unit for customer.
- Ensure technical enquiries and complaints received are properly recorded and followed up accurately, fast and effectively.
- Responsible for report entry using SAP system, Go To Assist, FMS, SMART, OBI and other related systems.
- Adhere to the compliance check on all inbound calls received and call-backs.
- Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by technical staffs and customers.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of management, business associates and external parties.
- Booking for technical appointments, dispatch of products, information packages and brochures to branches.
- Resolve service gaps through constructive feedback and suggest improvements where appropriate.
- Other assignments assigned by the management from time to time.

- Handling interviews for medical (dealing with doctors & medical staff), banking (bankers) and automobile(branch staff) research.

- Assists with research project or study data collection by scheduling and interviewing participants.
