• Strategic execution:

• Committee Management:
- Manage losses assessments and evaluation committee
- Manage the Evaluate real-estates committee
- Manage task execution based on project management plan.
- Monitor contractor performance among project lifecycle (Planning, Constructing, commissioning and closing).
- Manage stakeholder's engagement and their expectation.
- Ensure the work performed in accordance with quality plan.
- Validating the verified work to obtain formal acceptance from stakeholders.
- Reviewing change request the propose from stakeholders and contractors.
- Managing the flow of information by following communication management plan.
- Verifying the exerted works versus monthly invoices claimed by contractors.
