• Ensuring operational eficiency and optimal performance across the fleet of the company
• Responsible for all routine vehicle maintenance of the delivery truck, van, and pick-ups
• develop eficient driver schedules to maximize profits / cut costs
• Serve as point of contact for customers on any Logistics related issues
• Collaborate with Customer service, Quality, Planning, and Purchasing to resolve issues or queries they may have
• Responsible of ICAD shipments and material arrival to warehouses and projects around the kingdom
• Clearing shipments of customs at Saudi Arabia Air/Sea Ports
• Issuing all required certification such as SASO certificates and government Approval for the restricted shipment to clear the related shipments of customs
• Arranging forwarders and custom clearance agencies Payments and Purchase orders
• Preparing daily reports of the shipments current status and ETA
• Arranging domestic logistics in between warehouses and projects
