Engineering and Projects

Study and prepare strategic plans and current projects and implement plans for the new ministry projects.
Performance reporting and achievement to provide advice and guidance on new and current projects of the Ministry
Coordination and supervision with developers of health facilities, according to the ministry's strategy, health specifications and standards.
Preparation of design specifications for buildings and facilities and special projects including the ministry of health and non-health facilities.
Taking into account international standards and best practices and the deployment and dissemination of this specification and to ensure compliance. (Achieved Initiative proposal. Book of standards for MOH)
Review the designs submitted by the service providers, evaluate and ensure their suitability prior to their implementation
Ensure the implementation of the projects according to the approved plan and carrying out field visits to supervision and control over the service providers
Follow up with the concerned authorities in the event of any variations to the projects and ensure the implementation of the required modifications
Participation in the assessment of the needs of the ministry facilities, and health facilities.
Account balances required and the estimated cost of the projects with statistics figures and future needs.
Keeping documents and records of projects and organize them in appropriate manner.
Any other tasks related to the nature of the projects department or assigned by the Director.




Management and Maintenance Facilities

Supervising the maintenance of facilities and structures and evaluate the quality and performance of service providers.
Preparation of a maintenance plan and preventive maintenance and inspection of the facilities and utilities and private property in the ministry through contracts including electrical, civil, mechanical and maintenance services office.
Follow-up with service providers, the terms of contracts and maintenance plans. Review and analysis of reports received from them.
Receive and handle maintenance requests in coordination with the service provider concerned to carry out the required maintenance.
Cooperation with the purchase and contract department concerning the preparation of specifications and standards for offers such as maintenance contracts and scope of works.
Evaluate and review the work of service providers before implementing their own payments
Coordination with the concerned authorities to provide special services of electricity, water, telecommunications, plumbing and other when needed.
Any other tasks related to the nature of the maintenances department or assigned by the Director.
Re-design of the ministry offices to take advantage of wasted space and accumulate the growth of several departments by using AUTOCAD. (4 departments

Preparing a detailed report based on the results of the projects and follow up with action plans accordingly.
Managing central policies and procedures and ensuring that they are up to date.
Conducting training sessions to ensure proper education of employees in relation to Labour safety issues.
Meeting board Directors in monthly staff meetings to discuss the progress of the projects and follow up with any issues.


Ensuring the participation of Employees and Labours in Quality and Safety presentations and this is done through:
Educating employees about the Safety criteria.
Filtering the labor from the site and analyzing them accordingly.
Interviewing the short listed employees and prepare them for the short safety questioner.


Other Activities
Managing some activities of employee gathering after work.
Involved in making a better environment for employees and labors at site.
