Supporting in developing the training plans and reports
•Supporting in building the project M&E System and plans ensuring proper documentation and Dissemination
•Supporting project manager in all project reports and track evidence of results
•Supervising and assisting the field coordinators ensuring timeliness and quality of activities
•Supervising all related activities including workshops, parental awareness sessions and meetings ensuring that the participants are informed, event packages are prepared and all logistics are organized and proper program expenditures
•Coordinating with partners on various project activities including calendar and data base
•Building a positive relationship with implementing partners
•Assisting in strengthening national institutions and local partners' capacity to continue to implement and provide access to quality community based protection services beyond the life of the project
•Serving members and their donors, and to helping build a culture of member service throughout organization.
