Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Build and manage SSAS Tabular models / cubes, including creation of measures, calculated columns, hierarchies, and KPIs.
• Develop and optimize DAX measures to ensure accurate business logic, performance efficiency, and analytical consistency.
• Translate business requirements into semantic data models that enable self-service analytics and enterprise reporting.
• Optimize model and report performance by managing relationships, aggregations, partitions, and refresh strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and analytical requirements.
• Publish, manage, and secure datasets and reports in Power BI Service, applying role-level security (RLS) where required.

Key Responsibilities:
 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into interactive dashboards.
• Design and develop dashboards to deliver actionable insights using BI tools.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Automate periodic reports using Excel VBA.
• Perform quality checks through KPIs and generate periodic QA reports.
• Create and design presentations to communicate data-driven findings.
• Provide ad-hoc reports as needed.

• Daily Collectors Performance Analysis Report.
• Prepare and deliver report showcasing collectors' targets & achievements.
• Create incentive report for collectors based on their performance.
• Create and prepare Invoice reconciliation report.
• Update the collection portfolio.

• Prepare and analyze performance report for branches to CEO.
• Analyze Customer financial report to the COO.
• Prepare Incentive report to the CHRO.
• Generate on-demand reports for the operations and collections departments.
• Responsible for all customer payments, generating contract numbers and uploading the payments.
