Responsibilities: -

• Establishes a project governance framework with a structured approach to govern the projects.
• Ensure that the programs and portfolios are aligned with operational and strategic objectives.
• Enterprise resources are allocated and utilized as per business goals, Facilitate team collaboration and communication.
• Forecast and enable resource capacity planning, Reuse project learning and knowledge.
• Reviews and implements project plans, standard engineering MEP details and specifications for constructability and conformance to regulatory requirements and productivity improvement for horizontal/vertical and Site services contracts.
• Monitors and manages progress of the Lead Designer/Consultants Organization.
• Coordinates design/build packages to ensure they are issued in accordance with the schedule.
• Recommends and implements changes in design or construction methods.
• Sponsors and supports automation development programs related to work execution.
• Assist/Review essential contractual documents such as Scope of Work, Request for Proposal (RFP) and Information Report.
• Identify and implement sustainability requirement.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to make presentations, define project layout requirements, and obtain contractual and statutory approvals.
• Develops common guidelines and procedures for effective quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) programs.
• Monitors execution methodology on projects to learn from improvements and to promote continuous improvement.
• Support the creation of a work environment that fosters openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, and job satisfaction.

Gulf Generation Co. (DATA Center for STC @ ALQASSIM -STC-DC-QAS-II) Implementation Manager, (June.2020 to Mar. 2021)
Responsibilities: -
• Manage and Oversee the Day-To-Day Construction Management of The Project
• Monitor Construction Productivity and Schedule Performance and Investigate Reasons for Less Than Satisfactory Performance. Provide Recommendations and Institute Measures for Improvement by Modification to Operating Procedures/Work Instructions
• Manage Project Lifecycle Stage Including Coordination with Project Manager and Other Parties to Ensure That Project Are in Line with Schedule of Planning and Date of Complete
• Follow Up with Contract Documents, Payments, Break Down For BOQ, Cost Saving, Budget of Project, etc.
• To Ensure the Operations and Maintenance Manuals as Well as Handover Documents Are in Line with Contract Specification and Requirements.

Prepare ITP, Method Statement, Review Design Drawing, Tender Packages, Specifications and BOQ's.
Monitor and follow the Electrical Shop Drawings preparation and any Technical Query or site clarification needed with Engineering Team.
Prepare Technical Material Submittal and coordinate with specialist supplier to submit their prequalification for approval.
Participates in all aspects of the project management for the electrical works including, planning, value engineering, procurement, Subcontractor issue, QA/QC, meeting and reporting.
Implement/Execute all electrical work as per approved drawing and ensure to deliver all material to site, manage the site team, and coordinate with other trade.
Manage and supervise the subcontractor and any specialist supplier and ensure their execution work to be based on the approved shop drawing, approved plan schedule, Quality control and project requirement.
Prepare and review daily report, progress report, Manpower histogram, two week look ahead, remaining activities, update BOQ, review invoices for subcontractor …etc.
Record delays to the works and assist in the valuation of claims.
Participate in the preparation and implement the project safety plan.

20 steel tanks with 60thousand cubic meter storage capacity for oil and chemical product, with loading area controlled by automation system (SCADA System), with three building for management, services and operation.)
Project-2: Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, Aqaba-Jordan
Position: Electrical Supervision Engineer.
Review design drawing, specifications and BOQ's for electrical system.
Review and approve the shop drawing, As Built Drawing, Material Submittal, Technical Query, Site Clarification, Method Statement, O&M manuals for completeness, value engineering study, plan schedule and any letters submitted from the contractor/client.
Study and review any Technical calculation, daily and progress report, long lead item status, plan schedule...etc.
Inspect all material delivery, Inspection of executed works on the site and Issue NCR if detected.
Attend project engineering meetings, Review the construction documents and coordinate with the other engineering disciplines.

Revised design drawing, specifications and BOQ's for power, lighting, cables layout, low current systems, fire alarm, security, BMS and calculate the load schedules…etc. Preparation of electrical shop drawing by using AutoCAD. Manage all electrical draughts men and monitor their work to follow the plan schedule of engineering submission for approval. Participate with supplier to prepare and submit all electrical material submittal, and follow with procurement for awarding and delivery issue. Prepare and submit Method statement and technical installation detail for approval. Supervise and follow with site engineer the electrical site executed works, coordinate with other trades and handle over to the consultant. Monitor and follow the engineering work, Manpower histogram, Material issue and plan schedule. Attending technical and progress meeting, and issue any technical query and discuss with main contractor. Preparation any variation on the tender drawing and discuss with the consultant.

Review /prepare design drawing, specifications and BOQ's for electromechanical system.
Review the shop drawing and material submittal as submitted from the contractor and give the comments.
Inspection of executed works on the site.
Reporting work progress and technical matters and attending weekly meetings.

Monitor and supervise the Maintenance schedule for all Electrical Equipment’s such as (electrical panels, motors, Equipments (i.e.: classifiers, mills, blowers, crushers, screws, Bucket elevators, packing equipment, pumps, etc…))
Design and supervision of new extension project to update new production plant and administration office.(in coordination with Omya International AG)
Design and install new low voltage switchgear panels, MCC's, sub main distribution boards, cables and trays, lighting, control panel, sensors and low current components.
