RFP and RFQ releases; from receiving the request to issuing PO and/or requesting a contract. Careful review of SoW and challenge end-user to the benefit of our company. Negotiating supplier to for better prices and/or terms. Building strong relationship with

Purchases through RFPs or RFQs. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms/prices. Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the
specifications and expectations of the company. Review and optimize scope of work
especially for IT projects.
Acting supervisor of the IT Procurement Category. Product/service purchases. Responsible for RFPs: from Tender Invitation to preparing the Final Evaluation Report. Data handling.
Communication with suppliers. Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships.
