Set kPIs for Engineering Department.
Help all Engineering Department to achieve the gaols by development and training.
Make asset part criticality and ensure the stock level of Parts are going on.
Monitoring asset life cycle per each equipment.
Do Reliability trend line of each equipmen.
Make fault analysis and find the root cause with recommendations and action.
Ensure the Reliability central maintenance plan.
Make training for different field (Technicaltraining for troubleshooting, 5S practices, PDCA, ....etc)
Make monthly report and set with Engineering Director)
Set fiance yearly budget and ensur under control
Provide Maintenance and repair mobile equipment for port terminal and encourage planning and development maintenance plan, manage spares Parts and control stock level, esure to apply safety tips, supervising all daily tasks. Monitoring condition based maintenance of equipment, make asset life cycle for each equipment. Set key performance indicators and ensure the section to achaive goals.
