recommendations, and call flow distribution.
• Investigated and developed shift bids, scorecards, and HR reports exhibiting
opportunities for improvement in patient experience and appointment scheduling
efficiency.
• Led Workforce Planning meetings to present weekly forecasts and action items to
JPS Health Networks largest contact center operations team.
• Created data visualizations for all contact centers through extraction of raw KPI
data from GNAV call monitoring software.
